At Combat Arena, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your training. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure items are unused, in original packaging, and all tags are attached. Protective gear must be unworn for hygiene reasons.

• 2.
  Submit a Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to initiate a return request and receive your unique RMA number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your gear and attach the provided shipping label. Drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the gear, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 5 business days.
